READY TO TENDER COACHING PROGRAM

A 6 week program during which you will complete the following six steps, with our expert support and guidance:

  • The basics - understanding terminology, what opportunities are of interest, etc.

  • Register on relevant procurement systems and completion of Supplier Finder Profile

  • Completion of ESPD Document, including examples of previous experience

  • Identify internal process for identifying opportunities and scoping these. Developing Bid/No Bid Matrix

  • Compiling Bid Library

  • Gathering information needed for common questions and answers.
